Alison Bennett - Founder and Lead Coach

Alison is an experienced and skilled Coach / Mentor who has facilitated significant positive change in both individuals and organisations.  She qualified with the OCM in 2008 and set up Fly Higher Coaching shortly afterwards. She is passionate about seeing the potential in people unlocked and inspiring leaders to take ambitious actions that move their business forward in a positive direction.

 

Alison has an in-depth understanding & experience of ‘People in Organisations’ gained from challenging roles in Organisational Development, Human Resources & Consultancy. Her 20 year career in the Food and Healthcare sector involved her in all aspects of the employment relationship including managing change, leadership development and tough employee relations issues.

 

She is also a qualified mediator and has expertise and wide experience dealing with conflict in the work place. She is partner in Conflict Masters, a company specialising in conflict resolution.  Find out more

Sarah Crayford Brown

Sarah qualified as a barrister in 1988 and is a coach and mediator with over 20 years of experience of working within the public sector. Sarah was a senior manager for 17 years and was responsible for implementing substantial organisational change within the Crown Prosecution Service. 

 

Sarah seized an opportunity to train as an in-house mediator in 2007 which ignited a passion for mediation and led her to set up her own mediation company a couple of years later. She added coaching to her portfolio of skills in the early days of running her own company, furthering what she could bring to clients. 

 

Alison and Sarah met whilst coaching for another organisation, and quickly recognised they were kindred spirits as well as having complimentary skills. They went on to found conflict masters together in 2011 and are business partners in this organisation.
